- COF can at any time cancel an order without advance warning or notice, if we are given any reason to believe that a customer is acting in any way contrary to our company disclaimer or the terms and conditions of this site. If an order has been paid for we will offer a full refund if such action is taken by COF Seed Vault
- We offer the highest level of quality for both our products and our services and we strive to help customers make the most relevant and informed decision when they use our site or purchase seeds from us. We WILL NOT in any way, though assist a customer to act in contrary to our national laws. So please don't ask!
- Our dedicated customer service team will answer any questions that you may have about our products and services, your orders or account details. Unfortunately we cannot assist with specific recommendations and will not respond to any questions that involve the germination of seeds. Our seeds are sold for novelty and souvenir purposes only. If you are fortunate enough to be in a location where national and federal laws permit the germination of cannabis seeds we unfortunately still cannot discuss germination due to the national laws of the US.
- If your souvenir seeds arrive with you in anything less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately. Please open any packages immediately as if items are damaged but we are notified more than 7 days after they have arrived we cannot be of any assistance.
- If they are damaged please keep all packaging that they arrived in as we will request information for you about how they arrived, how much damage there was to external packaging and we will also ask for clear photos of the damaged seeds themselves.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions and rewards points at any time on our site without prior notification.
- We always try our best to ensure that our website is accurate and up to date. That information on strains is correct for information purposes, that prices are accurate and take into account any current sales or discount offers. But sometimes some mistakes can happen and we will not be required to honor any incorrect prices that are displayed on the site.
